Logging In
First of all, you login to the My Mail site at http://messagecenter.ayersvilletelco.com.
Enter your ayersvilletelco.com email address and password, select your login preference (if you want to save your login info), and hit 'Login'.

Message Center
You will always be taken directly to your Message Center, in the Potential Spam section. These are emails that My Mail has flagged as spam. You can choose to accept or reject the messages individually or as a whole. If you choose to do it individually, use the drop-down menu next to each message. In the drop-down menu there are also options to accept or reject all messages from that sender or domain (the domain is the ending suffix of a person's email address, i.e. ayersvilletelco.com ). This is useful if you want to always allow mail from friends or family.
The Approved section is where you have copies of the messages that you ok after being Potential Spam. Trash is where all the rejected messages go - messages are held here for 14 days. Search allows you to dig through any messages that are Potential Spam, Approved, or Trash.

Rules
This section lets you set up permanent rules for either individual Senders or entire Domains. Just enter the address or domain and hit go. Select the action to perform (either Always allow, Always Delete, or you can delete the rule) and hit 'Submit Changes'.
If you have lots of rules set up, you can pare down the amount you're looking at by using the "Restrict listing to Senders/Domains containing:" fields.
You can also use the Bulk Entry section to add a whole bunch of email addresses or domains at once. You can then select to always allow or always reject those emails or domains.
The Keyword Rules section is fairly self-explanatory: any emails that match certain keywords can be rejected or allowed.
Preferences
Here you can set the amount of emails you want to see per page, their sort order, and if you want to receive weekly notifications from My Mail about spam.
You can also choose to opt out of My Mail spam filtering if you so choose. You can re-enable it at any time.
